Sunnybrook went from a shared hall to it’s own room. They have 13 poker tables and two blackjack tables. The room has bathrooms attached and there is always a waitress nearby ready to take an order. The room also has numerous flat screen tvs and they are always willing to accommodate channel requests.

They usually get two or three tables running right away during the week. The weekend can be a much slower start. They run tournaments every day at 7:00PM and they are usually pretty full.

The usual games are 1/2 NLHE with a $30-$100 buy in and the 1/2 NLHE $50-$200 buy in. They also run a $100-$300 RXR and a $200-$500 game if there is enough interest.

The $30/$100 game is usually pretty calm but the $50-$200 game can be crazy if the right mix of people are there. This game can quickly turn into a shove and pray game because some people have no reguard for money or are always afraid that you are bluffing them.

The room is run fairly well and I have yet to see a major problem that the staff couldn’t handle. The only real pain is when one charity runs out and you have to exchange chips. Some of the floor get it right and bring the chips to the table. While others make you all go to the cage and change them out yourself.

Tons of donkeys there and even a few of the dealers are so slow and have a tough time processing hold ‘em through their heads. I don’t know where they find these dealers! One of them even failed to comprehend that small blind gets the first card…
